With 10 years of experience in the dental field, Nicola is the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly at Wickham Terrace Dental. As Clinic Coordinator, she works closely with the entire team to ensure a seamless workflow, excellent patient care, and adherence to the highest standards of infection control. She also plays a key role in training, supervising, and leading the dental assistant team, ensuring they are supported and confident in their roles.

Nicola holds a Certificate III and IV in Dental Assisting, with a specialization in radiography, along with Invisalign training. She’s multi-skilled across all aspects of the clinic, from chairside assisting and patient care to front desk, admin, and lab work. Her versatility makes her an invaluable team player who can step in wherever needed.

What Nicola enjoys most about her work is helping patients feel comfortable during their visit. She believes in clear and reassuring communication, letting patients know what’s happening at every step of their treatment. Her team-focused mindset ensures that both staff and patients feel welcome in a friendly, supportive environment.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with family and attending sporting events. A fun fact? Her mum has a chronic fear of the dentist—making it a bit ironic that Nicola ended up in the dental field!
